‘We sought Jackie’s help to provide support to the Supply Chain Transformation programme and to provide technical expertise and knowledge within the Project Team. Inventory Management systems and process are relatively new to the NHS and it was invaluable to have someone on the project who had already been through such a transformation – using that experience to advise and to challenge the team to ensure the best outcomes for OUH and our patients.
